the hotel is located near several restaurants. the subway is a short walk away at about five minutes. my room had plenty of space along with a big bathroom. the staff were helpful . i found the hotel felt secure at all times.
the breakfast buffet was not always fully stocked with items.

I appreciated the central location, it made getting around very easy. Staff were always available and ready to help, I found them very pleasant. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep after long days. The hotel's cleanliness was also noticeable. The rooms were well maintained.
The room lacked sufficient outlets, I struggled to charge my devices. Only two sockets were available in the entire room, I think it's not enough.

I found the location very convenient with the Grands Boulevards Métro nearby. The hotel maintained pristine conditions and the staff were genuinely helpful and kind. I appreciated that the rooms and hotel had very effective air conditioning (a welcome relief during the hot weather). I also discovered a restaurant just across the road called Friends et Families, offering simple yet delicious French food.
the heater was unusually noisy and I could not sleep well one night. While the reception provided an electric heater, it did not effectively warm the entire room. The bathroom also lacked heating, so it felt quite cold. I hope they address the noise issue with the heater.

the staff was very nice. i found them helpful .
the heater made quite a bit of noise, and i couldn't sleep well. the only solution was an electric heater from reception, but it didn't heat the whole room, plus, the bathroom had no heating at all. the noise issue needs fixing, i think.
